A workshop setting, providing men with a safe and harmonious opportunity for discussing and sharing ideas and feelings around a variety of topics relevant to the challenges they face in a rapidly changing world. The meeting features at times a guest speaker followed by an interactive workshop which includes silent reflection and guided meditation.
